Stand a little taller

I just had my hardest exam today, three more to go and I can tell you I will do everything I'm wishing to do right now. I just can't wait ! 

For now, here are a few pictures I managed to take between my two first exams. I am wearing the gorgeous Pour La Victoire sandals and Kenneth Jay Lane earrings I just ordered online. I paired them with a skirt that is one of my designs and a lace top from last year. I like the mix of royal blue and turquoise touches contrasting with the soft cream lace. These sandals are a dream and surely not my last Pour La Victoire purchase. It's wonderful to feel so tall and so comfortable in beautiful heels, that are not hell for your feet - for once.

New in

When I opened the door and found the courier with a package for me, it just made my day. Especially, after a week spent at home studying and because I wasn't expecting it so soon !

These are my new finds, and a few encouragement gifts to keep me going in these hard times.

 I have just recently discovered Pour La Victoire and am crazy about there shoes, all so gorgeous ! I also love these Kenneth Jay Lane earrings and all the jewelry they offer. 

I can't wait to be finished with my exams to take tons of pictures and be able to concentrate on this blog I love so much.

In a week I start my exams and in two I'm officially on vacation ! But I'm in for a lot of hard work and suffering until then. 

About the outfit, I wanted to try something a bit new by mixing a few trends that I love. First the bright orange as a main character to the outfit. Then soft pastels with a light pink sequined top and a necklace in the same shade, as well as a fresh touch with the light blue and mint bracelets. Finally, I wanted to try sort of boyfriend cut jeans for the edginess. The result is a softened rawness for a very modern and casual yet chic look.

You're the only light

The weather is being so strange here. One day the temperature rises to 30 degrees celsius and the next there is only grey, wind, rain and cold. I love it when the sun shines and all the birds are singing, I just love spring and warmth, but I am not used to very hot temperatures and they are not made for me unless there is a lot of water and ice (cream). 

For a hot day I love to wear fluid tops and especially silk tops, like this one I bought at River Island in London. I love the asymetrical cut, the open details and the bright turquoise color. I wore it mainly with black, nude sandals and a necklace that is my design from a few years ago.

It's never too late to start using Instagram, we are totally new a this but totally addicted already !

This is what my days look like : books, courses, books, food, looking through my window, books again, looking at my calendar, books and a few photoshoots to refresh my mind.
